My name is Nikki Dellow and am a Fully Accredited Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, ITEC Holistic Therapist, ITEC Reflexologist and Personal Trainer. As well as hands on treatment I also hold a PGCE which enables me to teach what I love. I have worked as a therapist for 18 years. I am based in Ashingdon, Essex and have a treatment room at my home and also offer mobile treatments locally.

My job is my passion and I thoroughly believe in the holistic approach to health. I see each person as an individual, tailoring my treatments to their specific needs. If you need some time out of your busy life for relaxation, help with anxiety, stress or to help with injuries then you have come to the right place! My clients are varied and range from sporting professionals to the weekend walker so rest assured your needs will be catered for to the very best of my ability.

I have taught therapy in various colleges being a fully qualified lecturer and love my job as a therapist! I have experience in working with people with dementia in a care setting and have also worked alongside children with additional needs.
